Filing a DMCA complaint
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please provide our agent with:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (e.g. the page URL).
- Your contact information — address, telephone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a lawsuit within ten (10) business days, we may restore the content.
Repeat infringers
We may remove content and restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
