Who you are contacting
FFNick.com is built and maintained by Hoàng Dương Dũng, an independent web and app developer. There is no support team, phone line or live chat — a single monitored inbox is what a project this size can genuinely staff, so we would rather list one working route than five that go unanswered. Response time
Messages are usually answered within 1–2 business days. Mail that arrives over the weekend is generally answered on Monday.
Reporting a name that will not save in-game
This is the most common message we get, and it is also the one most often impossible to answer. To make it fixable, include:
- The exact text you copied, pasted into the email — not a screenshot and not a retyped version. The characters themselves are the evidence; retyping them destroys the thing we need to test.
- Where you pasted it — the in-game rename field, a guild name field, or somewhere else.
- What the game showed: a rejection message, a silent failure, or boxes where the symbols should be.
A name can be valid Unicode and still be refused by Free Fire, because Garena filters its name field separately from what your keyboard can produce. Sending the raw characters is what lets us tell those two cases apart.
What we cannot help with
We are not Garena and have no access to any game account. We cannot recover accounts, reverse bans, restore lost items, refund diamonds or change a name on your behalf. For anything touching your account, contact Garena support directly through the official in-game help centre.
